IDBI Bank Executive Recruitment 2023: Recently, IDBI Bank recently issued a notification (Advertisement Number 03/2023-24) regarding the recruitment of 1036 Executives on a contract basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the IDBI Executive Vacancy 2023 through the official website idbibank.in, starting from May 24, 2023.

The appointment of Executives will be purely on a contractual basis. Initially, the contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension on a year-to-year basis for an additional 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies, and other criteria.

After completing 3 years of contractual service, these appointees will be eligible for consideration for the position of Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank. The selection process for Grade A appointments will be conducted by the Bank, and appointment will be subject to the Bank’s prevailing policy and vacancy availability.

As per the current advertisement, Executives will receive a fixed remuneration of Rs. 29,000/- per month during the first year, Rs. 31,000/- during the second year, and Rs. 34,000/- per month during the third year.
